Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may request a return once the item has been delivered, following the return guidelines below.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

⚠️ Please do not return items to the address listed on your shipping label. Returns sent without contacting us first, or sent to an unauthorized address, cannot be processed.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- The item must be in its original packaging.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable) or gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect item; so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please provide:

- Your order number

- Photos of the packaging

- This proof is required so we can properly review and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that the package has been marked as delivered, this will be considered confirmation of delivery, and we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase and the tracking information confirms that it was not delivered, we will gladly send a replacement or provide a refund.
